Relate Berkshire offers relationship counselling, sexual therapy and family counselling for couples, families, singles and young people. You don't have to be married to come to Relate, you can come and see a counsellor at Relate Berkshire on your own, in a couple, or in a group. If you dont want a face to face service you can speak to a Relate Berkshire counsellor on the phone.

Relate Berkshire counsellors are there for you at any stage of your relationship if you want to sort things out, and make changes for the better. If you are a young person trying to cope with relationship problems at home, you can speak to a specially trained young persons counsellor

Whether your problems are about arguing, or an affair, if your sex life isnt working, or you feel you are being taken for granted and dont have time for each other or if you are having difficulty communicating, our counsellors can help you work out what to do at your own pace. We can help you if you want to separate amicably or if you want to rebuild your relationship.

There are many reasons why people come to Relate Berkshire, but in a recent survey of our clients over 90% said they had gained skills to help them in their relationship and recorded improvements in their welfare, general health, ability to sleep and being able toconcentrate at work.

Relate Berkshire is a member of the Relate Federation, UK's largest provider of relationship counselling and sex therapy. All sorts of people come to Relate and find it helps them to understand what's going on in their relationships and change things for the better.
